I hereby agree to use this equipment only as designed and intended for the use of playing lacrosse. I agree to be liable to damage that is not consistent with normal wear and tear within a season of lacrosse play. I agree to pay for such equipment that WALA determines damaged outside of terms or lost, in the form of fair market value payment to WALA. WALA will only accept replacement equipment that is brand new, of the exact same brand, model, and size of the rented equipment. Otherwise the borrower is responsible to reimburse WALA for full retail of the item, as listed below:
